New venture of Sunbury Homes is formed

Early in 2011 Angus Bates and Ian Jeffrey joined forces and created Sunbury Homes. Sunbury Homes is a complimentary addition to Hill Street Holdings existing business. The company focus is on development of traditional housing in the South and East quadrant of the Home Counties and aimed at schemes generally up to 20 units, more for urban and high-rise schemes.
