Draft planning allocation for large residential and new business park at Knowles Farm, Maldon, Essex.

The need for employment space in the Maldon district has been recognised by the draft planning allocation of a brownfield site at Knowles Farm for office/ commercial space. The first phase of commercial space will commence in Q.4 2013. The residential allocation is for a large residential development to fulfil the demand for housing in the area.
